Clinical supervision

Grow into the counselor you are becoming.

Clinical supervision is more than completing required hours. It is a structured, collaborative relationship designed to strengthen clinical judgment, ethical practice, professional identity, and the quality of care you provide.

Ask about supervision

As an LPC Supervisor and RPT-S™s, Sascha offers thoughtful guidance for eligible counselors pursuing independent licensure and clinicians developing play therapy competency.

Your professional voice

Receive candid feedback and steady support as you recognize your strengths, sharpen your skills, and develop an authentic identity as a counselor.

Questions are welcome

A little clarity before you begin.

These are general answers. For anything specific to your care, please contact our team.

Do you offer telehealth counseling?

Yes. Telehealth is available when the client is physically located in a state where their counselor is licensed. Sascha Webb currently serves clients in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, and Florida, including rural communities.

Do I have to be a Christian?

No. You are welcome regardless of your faith, beliefs, questions, or background. Faith is incorporated only when it is helpful and desired. If you have experienced religious trauma, your story will be met with care, respect, and without judgment.

What is play therapy?

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that helps children express feelings, process experiences, build skills, and work through concerns using play—their natural language. Sascha is an RPT-S™s.

Who do you work with?

The Well supports children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We will help you find the counselor and type of care that best fit your needs.

Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?

Coverage varies by counselor, location, and plan. We do accept HSA cards. Please contact our team so we can help you understand your options before your first appointment.

What if this is my first time in therapy?

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you are returning, we will explain the process, listen to what matters to you, and move at a pace that feels supportive.
